The Stars & Stripes Program at AGA American Gymnastics Academy is a unique, invite-only in-house team, designed to introduce young gymnasts to the excitement of being part of a team. This program fosters friendships, builds confidence, and provides low-pressure competition experiences through in-house and non-sanctioned "Fun Meets."

• Star Squad: Ages 5-8 years
• Stripe Squad: Ages 8 and up

Weekly practices include 2 sessions of 75 minutes each, focusing on skill development and team spirit. Gymnasts also participate in 4 “Fun Meets” to familiarize themselves with competition rules in a supportive environment.

Invitations are extended after seasonal tryouts in spring and fall, ensuring participants are ready to thrive. For parents, the program encourages open communication with coaches to create the best environment for their child’s growth.
