1.5 Hours of Focused Gymnastics Training!
Designed to help gymnasts conquer challenging areas and build the strength, confidence, and techniques needed to progress to the next level. Open to both members and non-members, these clinics are the perfect opportunity to focus on key skills in a fun and supportive setting.
Skills Covered: Tumbling, Cartwheels, Handstands, Back Handsprings, and more!
Fun Friday
Jump Into the Weekend with Fun Friday at AGA!
Run, swing, climb, bounce, and play—Fun Friday at AGA is the perfect way for kids ages 5–18 to kick off the weekend! Each event features a unique theme, exciting games, and plenty of free time to explore the gym, build forts or obstacle courses, and enjoy tumbling fun. Open to both members and non-members.
Open Gym All Ages
Held every 2nd or 4th Saturday of each Month
**(Summer hours may vary)
- 1 hour of supervised time for children to have fun, work on skills, and flip with friends.
- Students in AGA American Gymnastics Academy classes can use make-up tokens for a missed scheduled class.
- Instructors are available to assist throughout the gym.
- Open Gym is for members and non-members ages 3-16. All participants must be potty trained.
- Pre-registered is required.
Open Gym is perfect for all skill levels to jump, flip, and explore in a safe, supervised environment.

Kids Night Out
A Fun Night for Kids, A Relaxing Night for Parents!
Take the night off while your kids enjoy an action-packed evening at AGA American Gymnastics Academy!
Our Kids Night Out events, held on selected Fridays or Saturdays from 7-10 PM, feature games, gymnastics, and more in a safe, supervised environment.
