Girls Tumbling

Girls Level 1 Tumbling

Girls Level 1 Tumbling classes are for new students 6 and up or students who have not completed our Level 1 tumbling curriculum. Level 1 Tumbling is a beginner tumbling class. Students in this class work on basic gymnastics skills, body positioning and shaping as well as developing fine and gross motor skills, strength, flexibility and self-confidence. Skills include gymnastics positions (tuck, pike, straddle, stretch and candlestick), rolls, beginnings of cartwheels and handstands. Our tumbling classes are great for gymnasts, dancers, and cheerleaders.

Girls Level 2 Tumbling

Girls Level 2 tumbling is for students 6 years of age and up who have completed our Level 1 tumbling curriculum. Level 2 Tumbling is an advanced beginner tumbling class.Students in this class work on improving skills learned in Level 1 as well as learning new skills, drills and progressions. Skills include: one arm cartwheels, round offs, handstands, backbends and bridge kickovers. Students must be evaluated before entering Level 2 tumbling classes.

Girls Level 3 Tumbling

Girls Level 3 tumbling is for students 6 years old and up who have completed our Level 2 tumbling curriculum. Level 3 Tumbling is an intermediate tumbling class. Students in this class work on improving skills learned in Level 2 tumbling, as well as learning new skills, drills and progressions. Skills include: back extension roll, front limber, front and back walkovers and front and back handspring progressions. Students must be evaluated before entering Level  3 tumbling classes.

Girls Level 4 Tumbling

Girls Level 4 Tumbling is for students 6 years of age and up who have completed our Level 3 tumbling curriculum. Level 4 Tumbling is an advanced tumbling class. Students in this class work on improving skills learned in Level 3 Tumbling, as well as learning new skills, drills and progressions. Skills include: front and back handsprings, round off back handspring, front and back tuck progressions and aerial progressions. Students must be evaluated before entering Level 4 tumbling classes.

Boys Tumbling

Boys Level 1 Tumbling

Boys Level 1Tumbling classes are for new students 6 and up or students who have not completed our Boys Level 1 tumbling curriculum. Level 1 Tumbling is a beginner tumbling class. Students in this class work on basic gymnastics skills, body positioning and shaping as well as developing fine and gross motor skills, strength, flexibility and self-confidence. Skills include basic positions (tuck, pike, straddle, and stretch), forward and backward rolls, cartwheel and handstand progressions, and bridges.

Boys Level 2 Tumbling

Boys Level 2 tumbling is for students 6 years of age and up who have completed our Level 1boys  tumbling curriculum. Level 2 Tumbling is an advanced beginner tumbling class. Students in this class work on improving skills learned in Level 1 as well as learning new skills, drills and progressions. Skills include: dive rolls, back extension roll progression, cartwheel round off progression, handstand, and bridge kickover. Students must be evaluated before entering Level 2 tumbling classes.

Boys Level 3 Tumbling

Boys Level 3 tumbling is for students 6 years old and up who have completed our Level 2 tumbling curriculum. Level 3 Tumbling is an intermediate tumbling class. Students in this class work on improving skills learned in Level 2 tumbling, as well as learning new skills, drills and progressions. Skills include: back extension roll, backbend, front and back handspring progressions, round off connection progressions and handstand walks.Students must be evaluated before entering Level 3 tumbling classes.

Boys Level 4 Tumbling

Boys Level 4 Tumbling is for students 6 years of age and up who have completed our Level 3 tumbling curriculum. Level 4 Tumbling is an advanced tumbling class. Students in this class work on improving skills learned in Level 3 Tumbling, as well as learning new skills, drills and progressions. Skills include: front and back handsprings, round off back handspring, front and back tuck progressions and press handstand progressions. Students must be evaluated before entering Level 4 tumbling classes.
